In addition to auditing health and safety management systems, Gene assists organizations with establishing health and safety performance measures and making business cases for OH&S initiatives. Prior to establishing GMS & Associates, Gene was the Director of Occupational Health and Safety for the Calgary Health Region for 10 years.
