• What's RL6 and what does it means for me?

     

    Perhaps you've seen our new website or brochures, or you heard something from a colleague. In March 2010, RL Solutions launched a new product: RL6. We're very excited about this new software as it represents many years of development work. It also includes many enhancements to our current risk management and patient feedback solutions.

     

    But what does it mean for existing RL Solutions clients?

     

    Let us assure you: we have absolutely no intention of discontinuing our current product and its associated support at this time. RL Solutions will continue to support both Risk MonitorPro (RMPro) and Feedback MonitorPro (FMPro) for many years to come. In fact, release 4.23 of RMPro and FMPro with several new features and fixes is scheduled to be released this summer.

     

    Our clients are very important to us. RL Solutions will notify all of our clients well in advance if we make any major decisions about RMPro or FMPro. This will ensure that there's lots of time to work with each client and help them plan for the future.

    Is RL Solutions discontinuing support for Risk MonitorPro or Feedback MonitorPro?

    No, we're committed to maintaining RMPro and FMPro and ensuring that our clients have continued success using them. 

     

    I'm interested in moving to RL6. When can I switch?

    RL6 is a brand-new platform, so the process for moving to RL6 is much different from simply performing an update.     I like RMPro and FMPro and I don't want to switch! Do I have to?

    Absolutely not. Since we will be supporting RMPro and FMPro for the foreseeable future, you can remain on these versions for quite some time. What's more, we will continue to add new features and functionality to both products for the foreseeable future.
