Is RL Solutions discontinuing support for Risk MonitorPro or Feedback MonitorPro?
No, we're committed to maintaining RMPro and FMPro and ensuring that our clients have continued success using them.
I'm interested in moving to RL6. When can I switch?
RL6 is a brand-new platform, so the process for moving to RL6 is much different from simply performing an update. If you'd like to talk to RL Solutions about whether your organization is a good candidate for RL6, please call Client Services at 416-410-8456 ext. 2 or email support@rlsolutions.com.
I like RMPro and FMPro and I don't want to switch! Do I have to?
Absolutely not. Since we will be supporting RMPro and FMPro for the foreseeable future, you can remain on these versions for quite some time. What's more, we will continue to add new features and functionality to both products for the foreseeable future.
