About Robert Tietjen
Rob Tietjen is the president and CEO of PolicyTech, a leading developer and supplier of policy and procedure management software. Prior to starting PolicyTech, he served as the Education Director and Chairman of the Performance Improvement Committee at Madison Memorial Hospital, helping them to achieve the Northwest Quality Award. Before that, he developed a great passion for teaching while instructing on both the high school and university levels.
He is a huge believer in community volunteer work, serving as president for several community councils and committees.
