The Heartbleed bug is not an issue for RL Solutions software clients.
RL Solutions applications may leverage SSL certificates, but the implementation of SSL is handled by the client's IT team, not RL Solutions. The IT team that manages the client's application servers needs to verify if OpenSSL is being used, and actions to be taken if OpenSSL is used. RL Solutions does not use OpenSSL for any servers hosting client applications, so none of our hosted clients is vulnerable.
